Are there any techniques to pick out the EXs form a booster pack? I got really ****** of a few months ago not getting any worthy cards so i stopped buying boosters for 3 months , I wanna buy boosters again please help me.......!

Your best bet is to buy a sealed box.
That way you know that you will get a certain number of ex cards.
Also, you'll get the boxtopper card.
