Needing help with a deck idea. My daughter loves the chill max vanilluxe. What would be a good deck to build this around using Whiscash and the Kyogre-EX,Primal Kyogre-EX engine???
 
Definetly use dive ball from primal clash and trick coin from phantom forces also you should use blastoise from boundaries
