Use Bronzong to discard Banette's and use Stacking Grudge to get the Banette back and hit for 80. Incase you can't use Stacking Grudge and you can only use Ghost Head, Unown E boosts Banette's HP to 90-100 depending on how many you use. Only use Unown E for big HP'd pokemon though. Alakazam* is another way to discard Banette, but he can copy Ghost Head or Stacking Grudge. Nidoqueen is great for when i run out of Banette's and can get Banette's to my hand for discarding.
