This is a deck that I plan on building in the near-future. It's just a matter of getting the actual cards to pull it off.

is it possible to have 3 lv X and 2 of the pokemon with the same name?
anyways multi energy would be better as delta rainbow does nothing on empoleon

Does anyone know if the higher ups made a ruling on this? I'd personally like to know so I can change the deck around if needed.
 
you can have a maximum of 4 cards with the name Empoleon and Empoleon Lv. X. IMO, run a 3-2-2-2 Empoleon line and add another flygon d ex and put 4 multis instead of the three delta rainbows
 
sorry bro but you can only run a maximum of 4 empoleon and lv.x such as 2 empoleon, and 2 lv.x empoleon, or 3 empoleon and one lv.x, and the origional idea is better but drop the transcievers
 
Stradegy looks like to spreed damge with Emp and clean up with Flygon d ex,it might work,but I dont think emps goes with flygon. I would just run empeleon with something else.
