Title says all, I am buying Bulk cards from any set, though I can only buy 1000 at my price which would be $26 for your 1000 NM-M cards. I use Paypal.
They must be safely packaged, and by safely, I mean safely.. Don't like to end up with bad cards. xP
Also one last rule.. I can't cover shipping costs, I'm sorry but I can't. Otherwise I wouldn't have the money to buy.
