:pokeball:STRATEGY
The strategy of this deck is to get out thundurus as a starter to put on early pressure with the turn 2 attack for 80 damage. Tornadus Ex and Mewtwo EX are for fighting counters. You wanna get at least 2 eelektriks on the bench and cycle Raikou EX with another Raikou or another attacker like Zekrom while dynomotor-ing to get a volt bolt off almost every turn. Skyarrow bridge gives every pokemon in the deck besides mewtwo and zekrom free retreat.

Let Me know what you think!

No random receivers? really?

Except that unless you have a reason to eliminate one of the supporters, Random Reciever is actually a bad option because it makes drawing supporters harder because you lose two Supporter/Supporter search instead of one.

That's true but I hardly ever would find myself using 4 Juniper, 4 N, and 3 Bianca in one game. And it makes you more consistent at getting a supporter per turn. If I was considering this deck, I would remove 1 Tynamo and 1 Bianca for 2 RR's. That's just me though...

i considered putting in random receivers but i decided to replace them for bianca. i may replace the bianca with cherens. im testing...

I like cheren's a LOT more in this deck than bianca. I almost never have a small enough hand to make bianca useful, but maybe that's because I'm not a super aggressive player either

You don't need Random Receiver, it's not as good with no Junk Arm and you need to run the Supporter's that you are for the consistency, I think it's fine as it is, actually the same supporter line up I run lol.

I've tested this deck myself and it's actually the exact same build, only 1 difference I had just 1 Thundurus and a 4th Eelektrik.

Very well built deck.

Wow thanks! I'm a new player to the game. i started playing like2 months ago, but i think i have a pretty good understanding of the game. i did use a skeleton list though from six prizes, but hey you gotta start somewhere right? Also i'm not sure if i wanna play cheren or bianca, because i've been testing with cheren and its been going smoothly, but it seems that whenever i play cheren i have like a 2 or three card hand, so bianca, may be better, but i still have to test.

Between Cheren and Bianca it pretty much comes down to personal preference, I much prefer Bianca, I find it much more useful, especially when playing Ultra Balls and just generally going through lots of cards quickly but playtesting is one of the biggest parts of this game so just playtest a lot, have fun and see which you prefer.

Couple tiny changes

-1 electric
+1 dce
-1 Raikou
+1 elektrik
-1 eviolite
+1 catcher

Minor things, just to improve consistency. I'd also ALMOST suggest chopping a max potion for a super rod. If not max potion ; then maybe an ultra ball. It just seems like without a way to get back eels, you might fizzle. Especially if you are adamant about running only 3.

I agree with all of the above changes, good points ogremarauder, if I may elaborate on the points:

9 Lightning Energy would be fine for this deck, it's the standard number for Eelektrik based decks and with all of the Pokemon you run that can use Double Colorless Energy 3 would be preferable.

I'm iffy about the Raikou since it's the main strategy you're going for but I do agree you need a 4th Eelektrik, although you culd possibly still get away with 3 if you do fit in a Super Rod. If you do remove 1 Raikou then you could possibly also remove 1 Skyarrow Bridge.

2 Eviolite is plenty, and 4 Catcher is staple so I don't think this point needs much elaboration.

Personally I would suggest dropping 1 Thundurus, it is ideal to start with but after a few turns into the game it's not that great and this deck is tight for space.

If you are stuck for space and need to remove something else, the only other card not been mentioned so far is dropping 1 Switch down to 2, since I imagine a lot of the time when your opponent Catcher's up an Eelektrik it will most probably be KO'd so they shouldn't be getting stuck there too often, plus with an extra Double Colorless Energy the impact of dropping a Switch is slightly alleviated.
