Call for Family attack + Call Energy = 4 free bench?

Is it possible to attach a Call Energy to a pokemon that has the attack call for family to add 4 pokemon onto your bench?

I've never heard of an ability "call for family" - only attacks called "call for family" - did you mean "a pokémon that has the attack call for family...." ???

if that's the case, then no, not in the same turn. The reason is that Call Energy makes you give up your attack [you use the ability of the energy, then your turn ends before you can attack].

That question doesn't make much sense. Do you mean something like "If you've multiple call energy attached, are you only allowed to use the ability?"

if that's what you mean, no - you can either use the call energy ability (you only get to use one, as the effect will end your turn right after you search and bench) or if you've the required energy to attack, you may attack instead.

if that's the question, then as I stated in the parentheses - you only get to use one ability of the X attached Call Energy because once you use one, your turn ends upon resolution.
