Can A Celio's Network And/Or Pokemon Trader Search For A Pokemon Lv. X?

I was under the impression that was ok since "Poke-Powers" & "Poke-Bodies" encompassed "Pokemon Powers". Therefore, I thought if a card stated "Basic or Evolution" then Lv. X Pokemon would be included. Please clarify. Thank you.

Q. Can I use Celio's Network to search my deck for a Pokémon LV.X?
A. Yes, you can. Earlier card references of "Basic Pokémon or Evolution card" refers to Pokémon in general, which includes Pokémon LV.X. (May 10, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

I found the answer, so, yes, Lv. X can be used to search for Lv. X Pokemon.
