Can Regigigas lvl X Sacrifice himself?

I know this sounds like an insane question but I can think of really oddball situations where it could be useful. Specifically with Dusknoir DP, Vespiquen SF and Torterra lvl X.

hm, seems kinda detrimental, but I would venture to say you can, because it doesnt have the Excluding regigigas clause.
