whats the deal with this

everything is open, and i cant even get a response from pokemon no matter how many support tickets i put in

Give them a week or two before starting to spam them. They have a LOT of backlog going on right now. And the guys handling the Support queue aren't exactly local.

If your ONLINE name has a SPACE (EG: No Dice) in it then you must submit a ticket for them to take the space out. My cousin had the same exact problem. If thats not it then, Im not sure what you can do other than submit a support ticket and wait.
