Card that makes coin flips tails?

I thought I read some card that had the ability to make all Coin Flips treated like tails.

If so what is the card, and is it still modified legal?

Its not quite what you were asking but there is also fliptini. It has an ability that lets you reflip a coin if you did t like the result. I cant remember if its victini or victini ex tho

I knew about the coin flip Shiftry but the combo with that Chaos Gym is awesome!
I know someone who's planning an Unlimited 150 deck with Shiftry so that should go in!
Also include Shiftry ex (Crystal Guardians) and Aerodactyl (Majestic Dawn) to put 4 damage counters on a Pokemon using a Power and you got the beginnings of a very nice lockdown deck there EricDent
