This is probably a really stupid question, but I really need the answer as I don't really care to use all my ink figuring it out. What size is a finished pokemon card and what's the best cardstock to use to make it actually useable without gluing it to my regular playing cards?

I haven'y done that yet, but I have some recomendations to get it.
Try using just a card border with different amounts of blank space. Once you get the right amount, you can print. I've never once got arount to finding out the exacts, I'm afraid.
