Caught Mewtwo In Pokemon LG In A Pokeball

Okay guys, you will not believe me after this but it's true. I caught Mewtwo in a Pokeball! I'll tell you every thing I did to catch it and what it's moveset is.

It can be annoying sometimes but I caught on my second attempt.

Now for the hints.
1. I weakened it with The Legendary Birds and Blastoise.
2. When it recovers, I put it in the yellow.
3. Soon enough, I stuck with one Pokemon and recovered it sometimes.
4. I saw it use Struggle and weakened itself.
5. On the last turn before it fainted I caught it.
6. After you catch it go, OMG!
Hope all but Number six helps.

Weirder things have happened. In Gold (the GBC one), I caught Ho-oh in a PokéBall on the first turn of the battle. It was randomly hilarious.
 
Haha, did the same with Rayquaza, undamaged. Strange thing was that it was a Dive Ball (same rate as Poké Ball) and I somehow moved through the menus by accident. And @Absoltrainer, Dialga has the same catch rate as Chatot.
 
I have a better story for catching my Mewtwo in Fr.

Mewtwo appered.
Throw Pokeball.
Caught Mewtwo.

Yep, I caught Mewtwo in my Fr with a regular Pokball on the first turn without even damaging it. It didn't have a good nature so I didn't save though.

What was more annoying to do was when I caught my shiny Cresselia (In Diamond) in a Dive Ball at Fuego Ironworks or my shiny Zapdos (In Platinum) in a Nest Ball at Valley Windworks. Now those took some time to do. :lol:

You guys have good stories about you catching a certain Pokemon in a Pokeball that has the same catch rate as a normal one.
I also caught Mesprit D, Zapdos LG, Articuno LG, and Mortres LG.
 
I was once versing a legendary (can't remember which) and I used up all my balls but one. I maged to catch it with the last one!

I've never had luck as such. I try and catch all of my Legends in Pokeballs, so I have

Smeargle @ White Silk
Adamant Nature
252 Atk/252 Spe/4 Hp I think Speed and HP might be the other way around though....
Mean Look for Pokemon who runaway
False Swipe Self Explanatory
Spore 100% Chance of sleep, yes
Sweet Scent Random Encounters for RNG which, I still haven't been able to get....

It's so helpful.
 
Try catching a Legendary in R/B , first turn Poke Ball.
Which is nearly impossible since they can evade Poke Balls except Master Ball.
 
Went through the distortion world and found giratina.
Looked in bag, realized I only had one pokeball.
Threw pokeball first turn, caught it.
 
Believe it or not I caught All three Legendary Birds in one or two Great Balls In Pokemon Yellow. Too bad I have to do it again because my old file got destroyed.
 
I remember randomly hitting Suicune in Crystal with a couple of my Typhlosion's attacks and then throwing an Ultra Ball at it. I caught it immediately. It only had 2 HP left. I was rather amazed I didn't KO it on accident.

I think I caught Dialga in a Quick Ball first turn, but that's not so impressive.
 
Not quite the same, but I thought I one shot lugia, and almost turned off my gameboy when I realized it had 1 hp exactly :lol:.
 
Been there, done that. Now, once you can randomly toss a Pokeball at a full HP Mewtwo and randomly catch it, let me know :p
