If I had a Poliwrath(FFI), Politoed(FFI), and a Celebi-EX on the field, would the Poliwrath be able to use the second attack of the Poliwhirl(FFI) beneath it for free seeing as both Poliwhirl and Poliwrath are in Politoed's ability text and the cost of Poliwrath's second attack is [C][C][C]
