lolwut. That's ridiculous. Why would anyone cheat if they're trying to test for worlds...

Take Backs of misplays not allowed

This should be up to the opponent of the person who misplayed.

Non-English cards are allowed, provided you can tell us what they do if we don't know

Proxies ARE allowed, HOWEVER, they must have full text information on the proxy or on a reference. Proxies must be clearly labeled

Why different rules for these two? I shouldn't need a reference if I can tell you what the card does. Who would cheat in testing...

The cell phone thing isn't so much cheating as they're distracting. If you were playing against someone whos phone went off every 20 seconds, even if they didn't answer, it would be really annoying.

In testing you should assume your opponent won't let you, because though your testing patner might, I can't guarantee all those people in the grinder/worlds will

it's not a tourney, it's a testing marathon. basically, you and 3 friends challenge us to a game- be it best of 1 or bo3. We have 4 people playing at a time, and your team has 4 players, but 1 of your team s playing 1 of our team.
