3-1-2 Vileplume (Allergy Flower.. Probably goes without saying) :grass:
2-2 Dodrio :colorless:
1 Jirachi sychic:
2 Cleffa :colorless:
1 Pichu :lightning:

4 PONT
3 Rare candy
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Sages Training
3 Pokemon Collector

1 Flower Shop Lady

Energy: 12
9 Psychic
3 Rescue

Strategy: It's simple, put the many damage counter as possible and attack with chandelure, free retreat cost with dodrio, and lock trainers card with Vileplume! Great !

Needs Tropical Beach

i would get rid of pichu, 2 psychic energy and the jirachi and add 1 collector, 1 twins, 1 chansey and 1 blissey.
this is just my opinion, assuming you dont have beach. you wanna be shuffling around your deck with the cleffas you could add 1 more cleffa. Hopefully eventually getting killed off so that you can activate twins

first things first, you should make it a point to get call for family litwicks.
