The deck is simply just a Typhlosion deck using Banette and Banette EX as supporting cast. Since the metagame to where I live is mostly Gardy decks and Scizor decks, I like this combination. It runs on the Holon engine for speed and card drawing, while Energy Root buffs up Typhlosion and stops his Aura, making him almost like an EX in terms of HP and Damage. Banette is used mostly against those heavy EXs (Lugia), and Banette EX can deal up to 90 damage that can OHKO Gardy EXs.
