Charizard Help

Hey all,
I really want to go to states, but I am stripped on cash. So, I am planning on taking a Zard deck. I know that I definitely will not win and likely have a hard time staying above 500. I just want to go experience the atmosphere. Anyway, here is my decklist. I could really use some feedback because a Zard list is going to need to work like a well oiled machine to stand any chance.

1 Blaziken FB PSV

1 Broken Time-Space
2 Expert Belt
1 Luxury Ball
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Rare Candy
1 Seeker
1 Stark Mountain
2 Twins
1 VS Seeker
2 Warp Point

Energy 13 all fire

Strategy: Open with Spiritomb. He slows down other decks via trainer lock; hopefully, allowing me to stay within striking distance while setting up. Ninetales is the draw engine. Typhlosion is the energy acceleration and secondary attacker. Typhlosion's attack can really turn a game by removing special energies. Blazinken FB is to drag out Pokemon with bodies that severly hinder this deck (DGX and Vileplume).

Please give me some constructive suggestions.

-3 spiritomb (it damages you more than you're opponent, often a dead draw).
-2 twins (with this deck you'll always be drawing into the cards you need).
-1 communication (same reason).
-3 energy (too much...).
-1 charmeleon (cuz' I'm a meanie...)

+1 seeker (it's really important...).
+1 stark mountain (one is just useless).
+1 BTS (same reason).
+1 uxie (trust me, it won't be in you're way).
+2 rescue energy (fast recovery is the point of the deck...).
+2 cyclone energy (reusable, don't waste you're attack).
+ two PONT (I really like this card).

I know you're short of cash, but try to trade for the shiny vulpix, it's grea and cool.
Use the arceus charmander, as for charmeleon, just pick the one with the most hp.
By the way, charizard is awesome. If you ever dare say bad stuff about it again I'll make you cry UNCLE!

Dude you know what I was thinking would be an awesome tech in this deck.

They'll never see it coming! Plus he's still a fire so you still get the fire formation, but just think about how sweet it would be if you go against some water deck and then, bam, I kecleoned you! It will bring them much shame and dishonor!
