Charmeleon PAF 8 with Flare Veil ability, will block the effects of Devolution attack from TM: Devolution, correct?
If Charizard ex is in play with Charmeleon PAF 8 under it as it was evolved into Charizard ex from Charmeleon, if opponent uses Devolution attack you would put Charizard ex into your hand, correct?
ON PTCGL a friend had their Charizard ex in active with Charmeleon PAF 8 under it as the evolution. Opponent used Devolution attack from Technical Machine: Devolution, but presumably because Charmeleon PAF 8 was under it, LIVE didn't devolve the Charizard ex and it stayed in play unaffected.
I am assuming this is a bug and only if Charmeleon PAF is the highest evolution should flair veil prevent Devolution? Please confirm.
