Interesting that some people are banned for specific periods (5, 10 years) and some are banned with no end date.

Pokemon will often initiate a ban with no end and then revise it later.
They seem to do this in two steps:
1. Decide to ban.
2. Decide on the length.

These people were banned from organizing Pokemon tournaments, not banned from playing. Your conclusion that they were banned from playing is common sense only to you. When I asked the question, it was in the hope that someone knowledgeable about the facts would answer, not that someone with an opinion would state it as a fact.

When people are banned, they are banned from the game itself. That includes organizing. So I assume all banned players in the US are on that list as well as banned organizers. Sorry if my other post was confusing ;p

Not true. You can be banned, or more accurately suspended , from specific roles so the suspended lists can be different.

Deeper and deeper in the hole. If you really don't know anything, you realize you don't have to post, don't you?

I've gotten all of my information from a judge/professor. I'm still fairly certain what I said is correct.

Free advice: Second hand information is generally unreliable. If you don't hear it straight from the source (i.e. TPCi), then it's a rumor.

And we all know how forthcoming they are with information ....

But you are correct about the rumors. Too bad thats about all we ever have an abundance of.
