Pete, the ratings haven't updated for the past several days. They used to run daily so I'm assuming that either the process needs a manual restart or there is a site update in the works to eliminate the need for Play Points to be part of the ratings run.
How would you check a childs account?
For example,
My son is only 11 and is under my account. How would I go in and check that he has the points he needs to participate?
