Cheren/Juniper/Bianca ect. & Vileplume

hey everybody i had a question that came up today
you know how the black and white supporter cards like cheren say Trainer...Supporter on them
Would this clasify them as Trainers which would not allow them to be played from the hand while a vileplume with the hay fever (or whatever its called) pokebody/power (idk which one it is) is in play

When they made the switch to B&W rules, older Trainers and cards that referred to "Trainers" were globally errata'd to refer to "Trainer - Item" cards.
If its a Supporter or a Stadium, it's not covered.
