Clarification Ruling: Leveling Up

Hey, guys!

I was just wondering what effects that are added/removed/modified by evolution that aren't also added/removed/modified by leveling up. Specifically:

Status Effects (poison, burn, etc)
Effects of Attacks (Delta Reduction, etc)

If there's anything else that I missed regarding the exact difference between leveling up and evolving, could you please state it? Thx!

All of those that you listed are removed when Leveling Up.
For the sake of removing effects, treat Leveling up the same as Evolving.
