the card says that i can choose up to 2 cards from my hand and play it at the bottom of my deck.

Can i choose to put 0 in and if i have less than 6 than i can still draw up to 6?

it also says Draw until 6 cards are in your hand

Do you have to draw until you have 6 or can you choose to draw until i have 5 or 4 or do i have to draw any?

Can i still use the power if i have more than 6 cards in my hand even after putting in two?

No. Because if you chose 0, then you don't meet the "if you do.." clause.
Putting in 0 is not doing anything.

It says draw until you have 6.
That is what it means.

Yes, you can use the power even if you have six or more cards in your hand after putting card(s) on the bottom of the deck.
