Lugia is excellent; it NM on the front but has light scratches on the back.
Kyogra is good; scratches on front and back.
I could go down to $14 if that'd help
I could also get pictures if you want to judge for yourself

Lugia's front it pretty good, and the scratches on the back are gloss scratches. They're super hard to get a picture that you can see them.

The Lugia looks alright, but I think I am going to pass on the Kyogre. Can you do $7 shipped for the Lugia?

I am in need of that Buzz card, but only looking for NM/Mint. The top left corner is pretty beat up, so I think I am going to pass on the Buzz. For now I am just going to do the Lugia, but may come back later for the Mew.
