Collector Activity???

Only three threads in 5 days here? What's happened to the gym? There's a lot of collector activity on UPCCC. Why do you think this is happening and how can we increase the activity here?
 
I think it is the combination of World's, as well as the fact that not many interesting topics have popped up lately on this side of the forums.

Most of the last couple dozen thread are just people asking for prices. Obviously this is the place to do it, but it is also nice to see interesting threads about collections/ideas; rather than just the same old "How much is this worth" stuff.
 
It's that awkward time of year where a lot is going on at once.
Remember that a lot of people are school or college aged, and that's just getting started back up.
 
Sorry Gary, some of us are at Worlds.

Want some discussion? For this year at Worlds they added a No. 4 Trainer for 4th place ;)
 
I feel like it will be improved next year along with the new prize support boosts caused by the newly introduced entry fee.
 
I find the Gym to be very ''quiet'' lately. Worlds are over and doesn't seem like any activity is picking up.
 
Collector activity is low for a plethora of reasons.

1. Worlds - A lot of people spend a lot of money traveling etc. Give them a bit of time to earn some of their money they spent on expenses back :)

2. Pokegym Under Construction - I probably speak for a lot of people when I say that this site is ugly without the skin. I hardly come online because I find it overwhelming to get around.

3. School - There are a lot of people starting school/starting soon. Prepare for a dip in the active users until winter holidays
