Thanks for PM'ing me back. The conditions of these range from better than good to NM/M, with the most common imperfection of the non-NM/M cards being a natural holographic bend. They don't have anything else to them, though (I'll double-check before finalizing a trade).


Yeah, the Rayquaza is currently up for negotiation as well, but everything else is fair game.

Pachi, Zekrom and Catcher is $38 worth of cards. That's an absurd offer.
Typhlosion ex has a trade value of $12 as far as myself and ebay completed listings are concerned.
I don't even know how to counter that, so try again if you so desire. I don't intend to be rude or unkind, I'm just a little taken back by that offer.

Let me know what you are interested in trading for outside of the Gold Star. I'd like it if we could keep this just in the realm of ex's, or at least not include the Gold Star, just because we aren't dealing with a large quantity of high value cards.
 
I think it's fair to include the gold star in the trade. I just looked up Alakazam *'s value and found out it was roughly $25-$30, so if you'd like me to throw in another ex, then lmk.

However, I am happy to keep it in the realm of ex's if you're uncomfortable trading it. I would do my first four for the four I named.

Aside from the Typhlosion ex, I'm only really interested in the codes. I'd only be interested in trading for them at 50 cents each though, so I highly doubt you are interested in trading them to me. As for the Typhlosion ex, I'm definitely interested in trading for that. Is there anything smaller that I have that interests you?

I'd do a cleffa and Catcher for the Typhlosion ex, assuming it is really in mint condition.

Nah, I'll throw out the first counter offer. Before that, I'll just say I dispute your values on my ex's (they're all a minimum five, and with shipping they get more expensive. Plus, your cards have some more unnatural issues). However, as I said earlier, I'll concede that the original trade was a bit skewed my way as-is - I didn't realize that Alakazam still held a respectable value.

Disputing the values is fine, and upon a second look, a few were arguable on the lower end of the average. However, they do not have an automatic $5 tag on them. Many, many ex's still roll between 3 and 4 if you pay attention to the market at all. Especially Shiftry.

As for Honchkrow Lv. X, I have no clue what the "desirability" of the card is. All I know is what the market says it is worth. Ebay completed listings have it going for 5.25 minimum without fail. Last one sold for 7.50, but I'll assume it was a fluke and is only worth 5.25. That being said, the deal still isn't even. I'd like to scrap it and propose this counter offer:

If you are refuting again because you don't believe the values are fair, please include an explanation. I'd appreciate it. I've included an improved value on some of your cards above, but they still don't get a magic $5 marker. Delcatty, for instance, is at most worth $4. But alas, this is my counter offer. I'm not afraid of back and forth. :)
 
The biggest flaw to looking on Ebay completed listings is when one does not account for shipping in the price - which is actually significant to the cost of the card. So if shipping is "not" accounted for one side of the deal, and it is for the other, then you'll naturally have a skewed perception of it. Here are totals on each of the disputed "cheap" cards...

Banette ex: 4.75-6.25
Shiftry ex: $3.75-$5.90
Delcatty ex: $4.00-$6.00

So they are worth a shade more, and aren't necessarily automatic $3.00 cards, and they do get near or at the $5.00 tag :p. However, applying the same logic to Honchkrow LV.X has led me to discover the same thing about it, so that's a token in your favor.

Anyways, my counter-counter offer given all that:
