Well I have finally came down with my final cinccino deck! This deck includes a variety of basic pokemon that support cinccino but also serve as a bench filler. I only have a few promblems. I can set up pretty fast with a full bench and cinccino being one of those on the bench. The only promblem is that I can't switch out! I could add switch but I also added a dodrio to eliminate retreat in this deck. So here's the list:

Pokemon 17

3 Mincinno
3 Cinccino
3 Slowpoke UD (starter to get basics)
2 Bouffalant
1-1 Metapod (fire weakness)
1-1 Dodrio (get rid of retreat)
1 Solrock (heal block)
1 Lunatone (needed to heal block)

Supporter 13

3 PONT
3 Pkmn Coll.
3 PETM
2 Prof. Junniper
2 Interviewers Q's

Trainers 17

3 Pkmn comm.
3 Junk arm
3 Plus power
2 Dual ball
2 Pkmn reversal
2 Pokedex
2 Revive

Energy 13

7 Fighting
4 DCE
2 Rescue

The Strategy

The final strategy is to start with slowpoke and pokemon collector to get solrock, lunatone, and minccino. I use a variety of cards to get the bench full and get a set up mincinno on the bench with a DCE on it. Once slowpoke is KOed I bring out minccino and hit for 80-100 damage. I use plus power to knock out reshingram or zekrom. I also use dodrio to free retreat minccino for a fresh one.

The only promblem is the weakness to Donphan and Scizor. Please if you know how to counter it please post. I've already counter serperior tank through heal block. Also metapod cancel fire weakness. Thanks for the help.

Why do you need Metapod to counter fire weakness when you are weak to fighting?

-1-1 Metapod

I think Stantler HGSS is a better starter than Slowpoke is, being able to give you two basics no matter what.

-3 Slowpoke
+4 Stantler
+1 Communication

Hope it helps :thumb:

You're right I forgot to get rid of metapod from my last list that included jumpluff. I will rid of slowpoke and add stantlet, it's a better starter. I think that I won't add another pkmn comm. But leave a spot open for improvements. Also what do you think of my heal block? Thanks for the help!

Slowking is pretty good in Cinno decks.

You don't really need heal block unless you spread, so dump it.

I'd consider Zoroark + dark energies in there as a soft counter to Reshi and Zekrom.

Thanks for the help I would like to keep lunatone and solrock but if need be I'll drop it. Why slowking? What does it do for the deck? I will probally add zoroark because I just bought two victini boxes and pulled two. Thanks for the help but also how can I counter donphan? Thanks.

Slowking is helpful if you have no draw cards in your hand, and can help you get them sooner via his power. Zoroark counters Reshiram, Zekrom, and a lot of Pokemon in general.

Donphan is kinda harder to counter, but it can be done if you set up quick enough.

Thanks for the help but I don't think slowking will fit. It would slow the deck down. Maybe add an extra pokedex to suit slowking's cause. I like the idea of zoroark and I added it. Do you think I should add yanmega prime to counter donphan? Also should I add a ditto TM? Like he said? I have one and it might work. Thanks.

I personally play Slowking in my own Cincinno deck and it works perfectly. If you want my list (which gets set up T2- T3), I'll give it.

Yeah if you would post your list that would be helpful. I wouldn't copy it though it's your own good work. Maybe I could see how you built your support system. Thanks.

Here's my edited list:

Pokemon 18

3-3 Cinccino
2-2 Zoroark
2 Bouffalant (revenge kill)
1-1 Dodrio
1 Solrock (heal block)
1 Lunatone
1 Ditto AR (bench disruption)
1 Spiritomb AR (hand disruption)

Supporters 12

4 Pkmn Coll.
3 PONT
3 PETM
3 Prof. Junniper
1 Flower Shop Lady

Trainers 19

3 Pkmn Comm.
3 Junk Arm
3 Plus power
2 Dual ball
2 SSU (free retreat and heal)
2 Pkmn reversal
2 Pokedex
2 Revive

Energy 10

4 DCE
4 Special Dark
2 Rescue

The strategy

Same as before but with added disruption and healing capabilities. Ditto hurts their bench especially if their also playing Cinccino. Dodrio is for free retreat and heal. Spiritomb is for hand disruption. And believe it or not during my testing Pkmn reversal won 70% of my games. Thanks for all the help and I added a bit of slowking with pokedex.

My list.

4-4 Cincinno
2-2 Zoroark
2-2 Slowking
1 Bouffalant
1 Smeargle

4 Comm
4 PlusPowers
4 PONT
3 Juniper
2 Judge
1 dual ball
1 FSL
3 Collector
4 Switch
3 JARM
1 Exchanger

4 DCE
3 SP/ Dark
2 Dark
2 Rescue

Think that's it.

Lol easy donphan counter might be lanturn prime, or golduck. If its not hgss on, lanturn with sunnyshore city gym. Lanturn goes water, and ohko's donphan, and isnt weak or resisted by it with sunnyshore.

No, Lanturn doesn't work. It just gets OHKOed by a Benched Donphan. Golduck just needs Water Energies, but it's still a bad idea because again, it only has 90 HP. I use Yanmega since it attacks for free, walls Donphan for up to 3 turns on Earthquake, and can KO a Donphan or Machamp with 2 or 1 PlusPower respectively. It also has free retreat, and Cinccino thrives off hand disruption. Given this, I would make the following changes.

-1 Bouffalant (It's only needed in ones, trust me)
-1 Spiritomb (Judge can take care of this)
-2 PokeDex
+2-2 Yanmega

Or if you insist on keeping PokeDex, -1 Collector, -1 Dual Ball or -2 Revive

-3 Juniper
+3 Judge

-2 PONT
-1 PETM (You have Communication, remember?)
+3 Copycat

And you don't even need to change up your energy count. Well?

Call me crazy but I think Pichu is the best starter for Cinncino. With Cinncino's speed I think Pichu's down fall is a non-issue.

No, Lanturn doesn't work. It just gets OHKOed by a Benched Donphan.

No it doesnt. Because there would be a sunnyshore city gym. No weakness fir lighting pokemon, and nobody is resistant to lighning. Dont worry, i thought this through already. I know what im doing :)

Hm well i see. Seems i misread something somewhere. In that case, im wrong and yanmega would be good ;)

I'd also put in Stantler as a starter. Collector and Call For Family is 5 Basics on the 1st turn, and you just need Cinccino and DCE to do T2 100. Works for my Cinccino.
