Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Comments on my Band.

So i have a band Three idiots in a tree. its just 2 of us right now but we have like 3 friends that wanna join. so i am a hardcore metal screamo rocker and my friend that is in the band with me likes bonjovi and Van halen.[i am sure you see the problem...] so i am writing songs for our band and i think that we should just compromise and be a punk emoish band. i think that punk or emo is in the middle of extreme screaming music and classic rock. we are gonna do covers of panoma and when you were young, and maybe reinventing your exit or im content with losing if i can make my voice sound like spencer chamberlain. any songs you think we should cover or any genre we should aim for considering what we like?

it actually is entierely true. Most youths are inspired to do rock....why?
It is the american style, dont say most kids want to be rap artists...that would be silly.

I agree with G-Dog4377. I am training to be a classical/jazz pianist and have no intention of playing the keyboard in a rock/punk band.

I'm a 44 year old man that likes hard rock, sponge bob, sportscenter, and apple jacks, so maybe I'm out of my element here but,

Someone please explain how Nicklenack, ZZ Top, Aerosmith, Ozzy, or Black Sabbeth has ANYTHING to do with punk or emo? Wouldn't a punk / emo band cover punk / emo music?

And to finish my post, as Hank Hill would ask "What the heck is emo? I thought emo was a puppet. Emo, Elmo, same thing I'd say.

Call yourself a rock band and get your butt out there and sing some good rock songs. ROCK, as in rock & roll. Not punk, not emo. Emo, lol, that's not music, that's a puppet.

youtube hollywood undead....play songs like Black Dahlila, Pain, Circles....thats collabed music, and would fit ur style you are talking about. I will note....
you need to be prepared for risky lyrics!

I forgot, we are also gonna cover crazy train!
Crazy Train? Cover Crazy Train? The one by Ozzy Osbourne? WHO ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH IS YOUR GUITARIST??!?!!?!??!

Randy was the best guitarist ever, hands down. In my book at least, right next to Slash, and Joe Perry.

That's not true. It's really close to Alternative (if not the same thing, I'm not sure) which happens to be like, awesome.

ya man Crazy Train is mad difficult, I just started learning how to play it today but your fingers have to be fast and you have to practice hard to get it right.

I was kinda angry that you didn't post any of your bends music so far on this thread, you can't call yourself a a band until you have music for it. Now get out there and make some music

Yeah, it is. And I just started learning too, my dad told me he'd by me a real electric guitar if I learned "Smoke on the Water" on our Acoustic, but we didn't have the note chart for it, so I just learned Yankee Doodle, and Ode to Joy to make up for it. I got an electric for christmas. :)

Yeah, you need songs to play? You like hardcore metal and your friends like Glam or Hair metal? Play a little of both. Play some slightly heavy stuff, then play that puffy hair metal, because personally, I love both. And nothing is better for a band than meeting at level grounds. Most rock band slit because they end up not getting along with each other very well, and that also makes for bad music.

I suggest Motley Crue, they're metal, but not really really hard, but it's like Hair metal. Hair metal that got some really heavy amps >:)
May you be the next greatest rock band. We need some right now, because frankly, there aren't many good ones nowadays....
