Compendium Errors

What should I do if I see an error in the compendium? Is it best to send a PM to TC or to post here?

Here are the errors I found (not consistent with the "no first turn trainer/stadium/supporter rule"):
== ARCHIE / MAXIE (EX:Team Magma/Team Aqua)

Q. Can I play "Archie" or "Maxie" on my first turn?
A. It isn't considered evolving, so sure. (Mar 4, 2004 PUI Rules Team)

== RARE CANDY (EX:Sandstorm; EX:Emerald; EX:Holon Phantoms; others)
Q. Can I use Rare Candy on the first turn of a game (when Pokémon are not normally allowed to evolve)?
A. Yes, this is now permissible. (Jul 22, 2004 PUI Rules Team)

== WALLY'S TRAINING (EX:Sandstorm)

Q. Can I use Wally's Training on the first turn of a game (when Pokémon are not normally allowed to evolve)?
A. Yes, this is now permissible. (Jul 22, 2004 PUI Rules Team)

Not so much errors, as outdated.
Bear in mind that the rulings are correct for the second player.
