* The Poke-BODY "Knockout Gas" found on Koffing should read, "If Koffing is your Active Pokémon and is Knocked Out <B>by damage</B> from an opponent’s attack, the Attacking Pokémon is now Confused and Poisoned." Q. If a player uses ATM: Rock to devolve your active Weezing, and if there is enough damage on Koffing to knock it out, does that activate Koffing's "Knockout Gas" Poké-BODY?
A. No. Although ATM: Rock's "Stone Generator" is considered an attack, it does not "do damage" and would therefore NOT cause Knockout Gas to activate. (Jun 23, 2005 PUI Rules Team)
== LIGHTNING BURST (Rocket's Raikou EX - EXeoxys)
Q. Can you use Rocket's Raikou-EX's "Lightning Burst" Poke-Power when you attach a Dark Metal Energy and Rocket Energy from your hand to it? Or is "Darkness Energy Card" the only card you can attach in order to activate the Power? And what about Rainbow Energy??
A. Yes, anything that provides Darkness Energy when attached will activate Lightning Burst. The only one that would NOT work would be attaching a Multi Energy when there's already another Special Energy Card attached to Rocket's Raikou-EX. (Jun 23, 2005 PUI Rules Team)
== SATURATION (Quagsire - EX:Team Rocket Returns, Wooper - EX:Team Rocket Returns)
Q. Does playing a Rainbow Energy from your hand onto a Wooper or a Quagsire allow you to use the "Saturation" Poke-BODY?
A. Yes it does. The effects would also be simultaneous - player would choose the order of effects between Saturation and Rainbow Energy. And as a side note, the Pokémon would not be Knocked Out until both of the simultaneous effects were resolved. (Jun 23, 2005 PUI Rules Team)
