Q. If I have Uxie, Azelf, and Mesprit with the "Downer Material" Poke-BODY in play, and my opponent has a Legend Pokemon in play, do they have to pay more for the Legend Pokemon's attacks?
A. No, they don't. Downer Material looks at the actual type of Pokemon printed on the card; it has to say "Basic Pokemon" on the card, and Legend Pokemon are not considered Basics. (May 27, 2010 PUI Rules Team)
Q. If I have Uxie, Azelf, and Mesprit with the "Downer Material" Poke-BODY in play, and my opponent has a Snorlax evolved from a Munchlax in play, do they have to pay more for the evolved Basic Pokemon's attacks?
A. Yes, they do. While Snorlax is evolved it is still a Basic Pokemon card, and that is what Downer Material is looking at. (May 27, 2010 PUI Rules Team)

Q. If you have a Lucky Egg attached to Dusknoir Lv.X with the "Ectoplasm" Poke-POWER and it would be knocked out from damage, is Lucky Egg discarded before you get to draw until you have 7 cards?
