== BUSYBODY (Audino - BW: Boundaries Crossed)

Q. Can you use Audino's "Busybody" Ability if there is no damage and no Special Conditions on your Active Pokemon?
A. No, you cannot. You have to heal something in order to use Busybody. (Nov 1, 2012 TPCi Rules Team)

== ROYAL HEAL (Serperior - BW: Black & White)

Q. If you have Flygon with "Sand Slammer" active, but the opponent has Serperior with "Royal Heal" in play, which Ability goes first? The one that places damage or the one that heals damage?
A. In this situation, the player whose Pokemon are being affected gets to choose the order of when the abilities take place. (Nov 1, 2012 TPCi Rules Team)

== FIRST TICKET (BW: Dragon Vault)

Q. If I use First Ticket but my opponent's starting Pokemon is Sableye with the "Overeager" Poke-BODY, who goes first?
A. Since First Ticket is used prior to the coin flip and Overeager takes place afterward, the person with Sableye goes first. Instead of flipping the coin you use First Ticket, then both players reveal their Pokemon, then Overeager happens. (Nov 1, 2012 TPCi Rules Team)
