== ELECTROMAGNETIC JAM (Electrike - DP:Mysterious Treasures)

Q. Where does the effect of Electrike's "Electromagnetic Jam" reside, on the Defending Pokemon or on the opposing player? If the opponent retreats after being attacked by "Electromagnetic Jam", can they attach an energy card to the new Active Pokemon?
A. The effect of Electromagnetic Jam resides on the opposing player. So retreating, evolving, etc. makes no difference; they cannot attach any energy cards from their hand to the Active Pokemon, period. (Oct 11th, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

== VOLCANIC FLAME (Salamence EX - EX:power Keepers)

Q. Salamence-EX's "Volcanic Flame" attack says to discard the top 5 cards from your deck. What happens if you have less than five cards? Or even zero cards?
A1. You still get to do the damage even if you have no cards left in your deck, but if you do have five or less cards in your deck you must discard all of them. (Oct 11th, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

== SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Q. How are you supposed to attach the markers to a poisoned Pokemon? Are they supposed to clip on somewhere specific?
A. Attach them to the affected Pokemon so that it doesn't fall off when you're moving that Pokemon around. (Oct 11th, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

== TRAINER CARDS

Q. When choosing trainer cards for a 6-on-6 TFG battle, does each card have to be different or can you have 2 or 3 of the same trainer card?
A. They can be duplicates. (Oct 11th, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

== TORNADO SPIN (Ho-Oh - TFG:Next Quest)

Q. Ho-Oh's "Tornado Spin" attack says, "Ho-Oh and all surrounding Pokemon return to the Bench and have Wait (except Ho-oh)." Does this mean they all (including Ho-oh) go to the bench, but Ho-oh doesn't have wait? Or what?
A. Ho-Oh and each Pokemon in the spaces next to Ho-Oh, go back to the Bench. Ho-Oh does not have Wait, but all the other Pokemon that Tornado Spin sent to their respective Benches do have Wait. (Oct 11th, 2007 PUI Rules Team)
