== HOLON VEIL (Ampharos - EX:Dragon Frontiers)

Q. When Ampharos' "Holon Veil" is in effect, does it even affect Fossils?
A. Yes, to a limited degree. Any time the Fossils are considered Pokémon, they would be Delta Species Pokémon. If a Fossil is in the “Trainer-card-only” state, it is not a Pokémon, and couldn’t be affected by Holon Veil. (EX:Dragon Frontiers FAQ; Oct 26, 2006 PUI Rules Team)

== LINK WING (Latios EX - EX:Dragon Frontiers)

Q. Latios-EX's "Link Wing" Poké-Body doesn't mention Latias* or Latios* – are their Retreat Costs set to 0 as well?
A. No. Latias* is not the same as Latias... if it's not mentioned in the Poké-Body, it doesn’t get the cheap Retreat Cost. (EX:Dragon Frontiers FAQ; Oct 26, 2006 PUI Rules Team)

== RAGE AURA (Rayquaza EX - EX:Dragon Frontiers)

Q. What happens if Rayquaza-EX with "Rage Aura" is affected by something that could increase the cost of its "Special Circuit" or "Sky-high Claws" attacks?
A. Rage Aura sets Rayquaza-EX's attacks to specific costs, similar to when an effect sets a Pokémon's Retreat Cost to 0. Special Circuit would remain {L} and Sky-high Claws would remain {L}{L} .

Q. If a Pokémon copies Rayquaza-EX's "Special Circuit" or "Sky-high Claws" attacks while Rayquaza-EX's "Rage Aura" Poke-BODY is in effect, does it get the cheaper attack cost?
A. No. Rayquaza-EX's Rage Aura ONLY affects Rayquaza-EX – if a Pokémon copies the attack, it's as if that attack was photo-copied and placed on that copying Pokémon – it didn't copy anything else.

== VOLUNTEER (Ninetales - EX:Dragon Frontiers)

Q. Could I use Ninetales' "Volunteer" Poké-Power to get multiple Ninetales?
A. If the next Ninetales you brought into play also had the Volunteer Poké-Power, that Ninetales could use its Poké-Power Volunteer as well. (EX:Dragon Frontiers FAQ; Oct 26, 2006 PUI Rules Team)

== SHOCK-WAVE (Tyranitar EX - EX:Dragon Frontiers)

Q. If a Pokémon has the anti-Pokémon-EX Poké-Body "Safeguard", can it be Knocked Out by Tyranitar-EX's "Shock-wave" attack?
A. No. As long as the Pokémon could still use Safeguard, the Shock-wave marker could not be placed on that Pokémon, and it could not be Knocked Out by the Shock-wave attack. (EX:Dragon Frontiers FAQ; Oct 26, 2006 PUI Rules Team)

TRAINER CARDS
----------------------------------------------------------------------

== ISLAND HERMIT (EX:Dragon Frontiers)

Q. Island Hermit states “Choose up to 2” – can I choose not to reveal any of my Prize cards?
A. No. If you have any face-down Prize cards, you must put at least one of them face-up. But if all of your Prize cards are face-up, you can still play this Trainer card and draw 2 cards. (EX:Dragon Frontiers FAQ; Oct 26, 2006 PUI Rules Team)

== IMPRISON & SHOCK-WAVE MARKERS

* Imprison & Shock-wave Markers are special markers that were introduced in EX: Dragon Frontiers and will be included in theme decks for that expansion instead of the regular Burned and Poisoned Special Condition markers. After one these markers has been attached to a Pokémon, they are removed ONLY when the Pokémon evolves or devolves. Pre-existing cards such as Double Full Heal or Heal Energy do not remove these new markers – an effect would specifically have to mention Imprison or Shock-wave markers for that effect to remove these markers.
