Complete Base, and Jungle Sets.

So times are rough, in need of money and need to part with some of my things...

When I was younger I freaked and bought up every pokemon card I could get.
Without knowing really at the time I ended up trading and buying full 1st edition Base and Jungle sets.

Any idea what these could get me? Do full sets sell better than say, selling like single rares?

I'm no real collecting pro, I'm unsure of what I have, I just know I have a 1st Edition copy of every card from those sets, and I need money. It's either some of my music equipment I use daily or these cards.

Sell the 1st edition Jungle set as one bundle. It goes for about $75 on ebay.

I would break up your 1st edition base set.

Divide it in the following manner:

-Sell all the holos individually
-Sell all the non-holos as one bundle

Or, you could even try something like:

-Sell all the holos individually
-Sell all the non-holo rare Pokemon cards individually
-Sell all the rare trainers in a separate bundle
-Sell all the uncommon cards as one set
-Sell all of the common cards as one set

Breaking up the base set in one of these ways allows you to potentially get over $400+ just for the base set alone, whereas if you sold it all just in one bundle you probably won't even get $300. Selling off the complete 1st edition base set together is a mistake people make on ebay, in my opinion.
