This deck focuses on bring back your Fire Energies from your discard Deck to either your
hand or equipping onto a Pokemon. This deck's second focus is on burning the opponent. Depending on how you want to run the deck you can either do more damage and negate EX's or do more burn and remove Tool cards this is what the "OR" indicates.
