well guys i opened my BR tour in covington,louisiana with metanite. last season i said i would never play it again after losing to medicham and rock lock in the same day but more on that in teh props and slops.
i made the decision that i was winning the tournament and every game i played before i even showed up.
R1 vs. somebody medine w/draggy ex
i beat this poor guy 6-0 but he sat there with a smile the whole time. a true trooper to the end.

R2 vs. Victor Pruett w/flariados
i got a farmer,windstorm,bad starter kind of hand but came back anc beat him by one. i told him my all my techs were aimed at beating liz's flariados and he was just like =/

R3 vs. Mike Philly w/mirror
ive been helping him work on his metanite for a while and after seeing him hold up against all of my decks in practice i decided to play it for myself. we play a tight game with our full setups and i win by one on time. best game i played that day. mike's improving as a player.

R4 vs. James Simmerman w/metagross DX/sceppy ex
after he discards a giant stump early i start chunking windstorms for my discards. he plays scott and shows me 2 holon legacys. i tell him thats fine i refuse to lose this game. upon playing researcher i notice i prized the third windstorm. i woulld later find the last one is the bottom card of my deck...ii draw it play farmer to stay and the game and play the whole game without powers and win by like 3 prizes. one word,determination.

R5 vs. Dale Lynch/w bandoom_rufio tech
he plays up and i play down bcuz of records since his division had like 7 players. anyways we play a pretty good game but i pretty much maintain control. i like the fact that the kid refused to pick up his cards when down 4-1,i repsect that.

i need 2 cards on a 4 card draw and hit both only to misplay and grab dragonair instead of lightning energy on my delta control. i swing for everything and lose by a move...
5-1 (1-1)
Game 3
i am down and am about to come back,but he drops duskell+rare candy into duskvoir and puts draggy and my energy back into my deck...i try to zing him with dratini but i throw a 3...
5-2 (1-2) eliminated
this was a sickening way to lose and i have nobody to blame but myself so i'll do just that.
