This is not strictly a game-play rule question, but it is a question about rules relating to the pokemon tcg. In Europe there are some ''special'' tournaments, which offer significant amounts of CP. So my question is this, how are the best finish limits for these tournaments? Mainly considering the ECC in the Netherlands and the Arena Cups in Germany. The Arena Cups offer ''regionals-level'' CP. Do these count towards the regionals best finish limit? Will 4 regionals/states and any Arena Cups count or only the best 4 from these? A similar question about the ECC. The ECC has ''nationals-level'' CP. Does this count towards nationals best finish limit or will nationals and ECC both count towards a players total CP?
