When using Cradily δ ‘s Harsh Fluid attach, if the defending Pokemon is KOed by the attack, or if the opponent uses Switch to switch the defending Pokemon, will the 5 damage counters be placed on the new defending Pokemon at the end of the opponent’ turn?

The effect is attached to the Pokemon that Cradily attacked. If that Pokemon goes to the Bench or leaves play, the effect goes away with that Pokemon.
