For those that are confused about what the Create-A-Card format is and BEFORE I hear about Hypnotoxic Laser making cards broken, this is what the format is for THESE cards to be used.
Basic Rules
60 card deck
Diamond & Pearl-On Format
Sableye (Stormfront), Porygon 2 (Great Encounters), Spirirtomb (Arceus), Pokemon Catcher (Emerging Powers/Dark Explorers), and Hypnotoxic Laser (Plasma Storm) are all banned.
You can only play 1 Uxie (LA), and 1 Luxray GL LVX (Rising Rivals) in a deck.
You can only have up to 2 Broken-Time-Space (Platinum)
You can not have Reuniclus (Black & White) and Mismagius GL LVX and Unown that attaches as a Tool/ Jumpluff (Dragons Exalted) and Broken Time Space (Platinum) in the same deck.
Up to 4 of a card unless mentioned above.

For those that are confused about what the Create-A-Card format is and BEFORE I hear about Hypnotoxic Laser making cards broken, this is what the format is for THESE cards to be used.
Basic Rules
60 card deck
Diamond & Pearl-On Format
Sableye (Stormfront), Porygon 2 (Great Encounters), Spirirtomb (Arceus), Pokemon Catcher (Emerging Powers/Dark Explorers), and Hypnotoxic Laser (Plasma Storm) are all banned.
You can only play 1 Uxie (LA), and 1 Luxray GL LVX (Rising Rivals) in a deck.
You can only have up to 2 Broken-Time-Space (Platinum)
You can not have Reuniclus (Black & White) and Mismagius GL LVX and Unown that attaches as a Tool/ Jumpluff (Dragons Exalted) and Broken Time Space (Platinum) in the same deck.
Up to 4 of a card unless mentioned above.
No World Championship Cards (I mean, why need them?)

However, just because your card is not on this list doesn't mean its bad. I will add specific cards from Create-A-Card forums to be put in certain sets (Ex. LunarWolf21's cards) and give that person credit for the card (as seen in the set list prior to putting down the cards).
