if u have a crobat prime and u use severe poison to poison an onix when u have a toxicroak MT on the bench, next turn, when they evolve into steelix prime, are they still poisoned?

Well, the evolving won't get rid of it, but Steelix's Poke-Body does.
So it won't be poisoned any more.
