Cursed Mind: I really don't like the name I've gave to this deck, but the other names that came to my mind sounded kinda ... you know... the fuel you have to create the name is about the 2 center cards: 1 is FIRE and the other has Lick and Tounge in its name, so... I hope you pardon me for this anti-original name for the deck =P.

I think the objetive of this deck is pretty obvious.
Start with Lickitung d, attack with Delta Mind everywhere and then finish 'em with Kingdra's poke-power "Dragon Curse". Flygon d is there to power up Kingdra. Energy Root to give more HP to Lickitung, Fluffly Berry to give free retreat to Kingdra so you can use Dragon Curse multiple times.
IDK if it works because I haven't tested it yet but 1 thing I'm sure... it haves problems against no-delta decks lol.
