Sorry for the delay everyone.

We are still getting some bugs worked out of the Voting System, so please have some patience with us.

For winners of past contests, I am working on your prizes now. They fell through the cracks with everything else going on IRL for everyone on the Staff.

Again, sorry for the delays.

No, in this contest they say anybody can vote (excluding puppet accounts to fraudulently win...). No voting has taken place at all. They don't have it set up yet.
 
Confirm what? That voting isn't limited to mods, that the contest hasn't been set up yet, or something else?
You can wait for a moderator or admin to confirm it if you want, but I can confirm both of those, if that would be acceptable.

If your going to believe someone other than a senior staff member, it would be Lucario EX. She should know, she posts this kind of stuff for the weekly news. Not that it makes much difference, but yes this is true. If I understand correctly, that was the point of this particular contest, to let the members decide.
 
I guess, just to finish out the confirmations, I will agree.

The MEMBERSHIP will vote for the best avatar. This will not be solely based on the opinions of the Staff, however, as members we can vote as well. That was the initial vision for this CA contest, was to put it to the membership of the 'Gym.

The voting will start soon, I hope, so you will see an announcement soon regarding the voting - that announcement will be probably posted by Lucario EX, as she does the best write ups for us silly Staff members. She takes our ramblings and makes real posts out of them.

Again, it is coming, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Oh darn, I changed my avatar, I cannot enter this contest - but I can still vote.

I like the new avatar. Most people that know me IRL really were wondering why I chose that other avatar. I really don't know. But most folks that know me think this is a self portrait.

Kinda like a Psycho Eevee.
