providing you cant for any reason go into user cp - edit avatar

Nebraskaman, the upload box is towards the bottom of the Edit Avatar page, so you'll need to scroll down.

This is going to be confusing now that everyone has changed avatars... but at least these ones are here to stay for a long time!

I fixed mine to be exactly 80x80, and I changed to coloring a bit to make it darker and cooler.
