That border is going to look rather lame when americanized and yellowified.

I think we got a yellow border instead of silver, because we did get the E-reader code when EX Ruby & Sapphire was released. A silver (= grey points) background would have mixed up with the barcode points and made the code itself unreadable. So they switched to yellow: a totally different colour that makes the code readable.

As now there's no need to change the colour, maybe we will get the silver border - always if POP doesn't point out that silver border cards may be recognizable in non-sleeved decks...

Thats no reason for us to still have a yellow one.

Maybe they'll make them good this time? Yellow is pretty.. well.. I won't say. My contact says there's a clearer scan that he's trying to get hold of, hopefully he'll send me it if he gets them! I'll post them on the Gym when I can.
