Any cards you sell, you are selling as your own.
If you are doing it for someone else, that is between you and them.
As far as the PokeGym and your rep is concerned, it's all you.

Selling follows ref rule as well, correct? Just checking because it varies from site to site.

Actually, if you are a verified seller here you can request the person send payment first. If you can be trusted as a verified seller you can hopefully be trusted by the buyer.

i'd like to become a verified seller on pokegym.net, i now have 20 unique itrader references, w/ no negatives.
You don't apply to sell by posting here. Read the rules in the first post and it will explain how to apply to sell.

i read it, it just needs to be updated( i couldn't find it at first) at least in mine that section is under networking(aka i didn't find it b/c i looked in the wrong spot) so i wasn't sure if i should just post here or not, sorry 'bout that.

Just curious to why there is no rule posted in the trading forum in regards to auctions yet a staff member can quote rules, from here, in the trading forum? kinda seems weird don't ya think? I mean if someone holds a auction in the trading forum are they suppose to come to the auction forum to read that there is no auctions permitted in the trading forum?
I mean the FIRST rule in the auction house is:
1) The only auctions/sales on the Gym’s forums will be in the Auction/Selling Sub-Forum. No one will be allowed to auction or sell in the trade portion of the gym’s forum. Occasionally a Moderator or Administrator may move an auction from one part of the forum to another, but this will be a rare occasion. Those not complying will find their auctions locked and/or deleted.
yet it is not posted in the trading forum.......
And a staff member even left a negative ref to a member for not being given the card being auctioned rather than close the thread for breaking the rules.
I'm confused to how staff can do this?????
please enlighten me. And if it is posted in the trading forum after this how can a negative ref be left with no rules actually posted except in the auction forum....

As explained to you already Common Sense is one rule that is in all forums.
Common Sense tells you "If you want an auction, the Auction & Sales House is where you put it". Can't put it in the Auction & Sales House? Common Sense tells you "You can't have an auction".
Put an auction elsewhere and it should be shut down. The auction in question did not come to my attention until it was too late. Common Sense should have kicked in and told the poster "Ask a mod before posting".

I attempted to join the group but got declined... I fulfill the requirements, can someone tell me why? The refs for iTrader only state 6 but I've been trading long before iTrader was implemented. Link in sig.
