Players bring their own 60 card deck in STANDARD Format and deck list - deck list found here - to battle for championship points, stamped promo cards and prizes. None of the new XY Roaring Skies cards are legal for this tournament – only cards from Black & White through XY

Entry fee: $30 Each player will receive a raffle ticket and a special XY Roaring Skies promo card while supplies last. Players may pre-register at Pre-Reg for 4 additional raffle tickets.
Tournament Structure: each player will receive 6 packs of XY Roaring Skies and will use those cards to make their best deck of 40 cards; including energy. (Energy is available to use during tournament) You may only use the cards in your packs to make your deck. Players then play a 3-round tournament with their new cards. !
Prizes: at the end of the tournament, players will return their energy and receive 2 additional booster packs of XY Roaring Skies cards. All players will be entered into a drawing for numerous raffle prizes.
