scenario:
Absol prime is active with ampharos from platinum and damage bind on the bench.
your opponent plays uxie down from there hand onto their bench and announces set up.
Now then, does absol primes body of placing 2 damage counters onto uxie activate damge bind before uxie can use set up and therefore shut the power off?
