a player at my league was talking about using mew ex to use feather dance from the new unfeazant (RoC 81) then use spinda (PRC) uproar to spread for 90 (10 + 80).
I thought I remembered a meta rule that attacks like feather dance only increase damage to the active but couldn't find it in the compendium.
so does feather dance increase bench damage or not?
